Approximately 1,960 acres with six (6) deep irrigation wells and soils suitable for development of almonds, pistachios, olives, walnuts or prunes. In 1993 or 1994 the land was planted to Eucalyptus for the high quality paper market. It is now ready to be cleared and planted to orchard crops typical to Tehama County.
